Insert Keywords in Dreamweaver CS4
Keywords are one of the most important tricks to being found on the Internet. You can read more about keyword importance in my article, Keywords: The 5 W's. It is simple to insert keywords using Dreamweaver CS4. Below is the step by step tutorial.
Select Insert, Head Tags, Keywords.

Separate keywords or phrases by hitting the Enter button or inserting a comma after each one. Don't forget to include your website name on the index page. Placing it on each page isn't user friendly for the search engines. The keywords should be specific to what your content is about. Doing a quick scan of relevant keywords is important. Go beyond your own mind and try KeyCompete.com or Google Adwords Tool for free.

Once you have completed your list of keywords (and you can add to your list later if you come up with more), hit OK.
Next, select Split to view the code you have inserted. (You don't have to look at the code, but it's good to see and learn)
